The 2024 Phocuswright Europe wrapped up Wednesday in Barcelona.
The annual three-day conference in Europe drew more than 500 attendees. Wednesday’s highlights included expert discussions on how artificial intelligence is likely to shape the travel world; the ways in which hotels strive to weave in experiences as a part of their hospitality; and a lively exchange of predictions from Viator founder Rod Cuthbert and Chris Hemmeter, the managing director at Thayer Ventures.
