Mystifly launches multisource air selling platform


Singapore-based travel technology company Mystifly is
rolling out its Smart Selling Platform (SSP) with Costco Travel as its first
customer.

The solution aggregates and normalizes air content – from direct
connections, global distribution systems and new distribution capability – and also applies artificial
intelligence and natural language processing to improve data accuracy and
post-booking automation.  

“SSP is the industry’s first cloud-based solution
purpose-built for selling and servicing air at scale with a particular focus on
enabling sellers to optimize their business and deliver the best possible travel
experience for their users,” said Rajeev Kumar, founder, CEO and managing
director of Mystifly.

The platform provides a complete view of the air selling experience,
from sourcing, with access to hundreds of airlines; selling, providing revenue
optimization; servicing across all sources; and settlement through payment solutions.

“Our industry has outgrown traditional distribution and
selling systems,” Kumar said.

“Air content fragmentation is at an all-time high, forcing travel sellers to
endure disconnected systems that add complexity, user frustration and
unsustainable IT costs. In addition, sellers need efficient ways to compare and

Mystifly’s first SSP customer, Costco Travel, is using the
system to sell and service Hawaiian Airlines’ exclusive NDC content.

Founded in 2009, Mystifly’s customer base includes hundreds
of online travel agencies, tour operators, travel management companies,
wholesalers, closed user communities and fintech companies.
