Cendyn, a cloud-based hospitality technology provider, has acquired hotel meetings and events data specialist Knowland, for an undisclosed amount.
Knowland’s platform, which provides data to hotels to help them drive revenue, is said to have marketing intelligence on meetings and events from more than 7,500 hotels across the United States as well as a number of international markets.
In a statement, Cendyn said the pairing of Knowland’s meeting and event data with its own sales CRM, proposals and Grouprev technologies will enable hotels to drive group bookings from a single solution.

The company also said that the backing of Haveli Investments, an Austin-based private equity firm that invested in Cendyn earlier this year, alongside existing investors has helped position it for further growth.

Last year, Cendyn acquired PushTech to build out its CRM capabilities and hotel digital marketing specialist WIHP.
Cendyn merged with Pegasus and NextGuest in 2021.
