Corporate travel management company Globespan Travel Management announced
it is working with Acai Travel on a variety of artificial intelligence-powered updates
for its clients.

operations for travel companies and enhance customer service. Its co-founder
and president is Riccardo Vittoria, who previously led AI work at American
Express Global Business Travel after the travel management company acquired
his previous startup, 30SecondsToFly.
Acai’s AI-powered intent recognition system provides visibility
into call center traffic to connect travelers with the most suitable agents,
and its automation tools help agents with summarization and suggestion
capabilities for communications.

Globespan will also use Acai’s tools that use AI to gather
traveler feedback and identify areas for improvement.
