Hospitality brand Numa Group has acquired short-term rental business Native Places for an undisclosed amount.
The United Kingdom-based aparthotel brand, which until now has been part of Native Holdings, has more than 800 units in cities including London, Manchester and Edinburgh. Native Residential will continue to be run as part of Native Holdings.
The acquisition of Native Places comes on the heels of Numaโs purchase of Yays in late 2023. Numa also announced Series C funding of $59 million last year.
In a statement, the company said this latest acquisition โcomplements Numaโs philosophy.โ

Numa Group said it has โฌ2 billion in real estate assets under management and, including Native Places, it manages more than 7,300 rooms and apartments across 34 major cities in 14 European countries.
