Strategic goals for 2025

At Mindtrip, our mission is to transform the entire
travel journey for consumers through the power of AI. Since our public
launch in May 2024, we’ve seen exponential growth in our
user base and rolled out new features that are personalized,
collaborative and actionable.

Our platform empowers people to discover,
plan and book their next adventure — whether it’s across the globe or close
to home. Looking ahead to 2025, we’re focused on expanding our
user base through several key initiatives. We’ll be launching a mobile app
to enhance the on-trip experience and expanding our Creator
Program to bring even more value to our users. In addition, we will fully
launch our Mindtrip for Business product at the Phocuswright event this
November, currently being piloted with six destination management organizations and look to extend into
other areas of the travel ecosystem.

Lessons learned since founding

The consumer journey is highly fragmented: While we
anticipated this, we now have a deeper understanding
of the complex ecosystem and the numerous companies involved.

Generative
AI enables us to unify these experiences in one place, and we’ve learned a
great deal from industry partners as we build this all-in-one solution. A vast amount of travel content is not
actionable: We knew there
was plenty of travel inspiration online, but were surprised by how  of
it lacked direct paths to booking. This realization led to our Start Anywhere solution,
which allows consumers to upload any inspirational
content to the Mindtrip platform as the starting point for planning their
trips.

Following our
consumer launch, we saw strong demand from DMOs, resorts, media companies and travel advisors seeking AI-powered solutions to complement their
existing businesses. They are eager to future-proof their offerings and
leverage new technologies to deliver more
value to travelers.
