Strategic goals for 2025

We’re looking forward to 2025 with great anticipation, expecting a significant leap in our growth. In 2024, we rolled out our go-to-market strategy, building strong momentum in the industry. Our easy-to-implement room selection technology has provided hoteliers with a clear competitive advantage, and I’m excited to see how they will continue to leverage it for strategies that drive profitability and enhance guest satisfaction.

In 2025, our focus will be on maximizing opportunities within our current markets, where significant potential remains. With a solid foundation and clear growth strategies in place, we will probably launch a funding round to accelerate these efforts.

Lessons learned since founding

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned since founding ExpectMe is that while motivation might ignite the journey, it’s discipline that fuels long-term growth.

Staying committed during the challenging times is what separates those who dream from those who succeed. Embracing the hurdles that come with building a company is essential. These moments, though tough, become the milestones you look back on with pride. It’s often through naïveté and persistence that we make our greatest impacts —pushing boundaries and reshaping industries.
