Our strategy for 2025 will
focus on enhancing the configurability of our platform by adding new customizable
features for property managers, providing them with greater flexibility in using our
system. We will also prioritize expanding our customer and partner base.
Lessons learned since founding
We have learned a great deal
from our customers and partners. The highly fragmented structure of the STR
market has made it challenging to find a “one-size-fits-all” solution for
property managers—until now.
Through our conversations
with customers, we discovered that many hosts seek peace of mind without
introducing further friction into the booking process and prefer direct
communication over third-party involvement with their guests. Numerous hosts
have expressed frustration with existing background checks, feeling uncertain
when accepting guests. We also learned that, within the same property
management portfolio, some property owners desire guest screening while others
do not. Those who prefer screening may hesitate to request guest IDs, while
some insist on them.
By actively listening to our
customers and analyzing booking data, we have refined our product offerings to
better align with market needs. Now, Trustd.ai provides a configurable solution that empowers hosts to manage their guest
screening process in a friction-free and automated manner. Property owners with
multiple listings can easily sign up with Trustd.ai,
toggle ID verification and set up notifications to receive alerts only when
there are issues with a guest.
Importantly, we also cater to
individual property owners who are not using any property management systems
(PMS) through our self-serve host portal, ensuring that everyone can benefit
from our comprehensive solution. The entire STR marketplace now has access to a
friction-free, customizable and fully automated solution for property managers
