BWH Hotels has chosen Canary Technologies for its artificial intelligence-driven guest management system.
BWH has 19 different brands including World Hotels and SureStay, and the guest management technology will help the company enhance the guest experience and improve hotel operations.
The integration of Canary’s technology, including its mobile check-in, digital tipping and dynamic upsell capabilities, should help BWH drive efficiency and personalization. The partnership will also enable the hotel company to increase revenue and engage with guests across multiple touchpoints.

Harman Singh Narula, co-founder and CEO of Canary, said, “Modernizing the guest experience with digital touchpoints is no longer a ‘nice to have’; it’s a necessity. We’re excited to partner with BWH Hotels to propel hospitality into the digital age and engage guests in more seamless, personalized and delightful ways. This partnership strengthens our commitment to evolving the guest journey.”

Canary Technologies announced a Series C round of $50 million in June, bringing its total funding to near $100 million, and said it would go toward building the team further and enhancing its AI capabilities.
More recently, European tour operator TUI partnered with the company to extend the guest management technology to more than 400 hotels.
